  • Shipping & Delivery
    Upon Receipt of your payment, we will inspect and package your item to provide the best protection for shipping. Most products are shipped within 6 to 7 business days.
    If we do not have your item in stock you will be notified by e-mail or phone. Your order will then ship in 4 to 8 weeks. Special Orders can take 6 to 12 weeks for delivery.
    Signature will be required on all shipments.
    To obtain a tracking number or check shipping status, please call 209-200-5545 or email All smaller packages are shipped using UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, or USPS.
    All larger statues will be shipped by Freight Carrier. Shipping is designated for curb side delivery only. Drivers are responsible for unloading your statue off the truck. The customer is responsible for moving and installing the item from that point on. Orders may take 2-4 weeks to process.
    NEXT DAY, SECOND DAY, 3-DAY SELECT are all available at the customers expense. Please call for best available service to your area.
    Extremely large items that won't fit on one 4x4 pallet will be charged additional fees.
    Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and all international Orders call for best available shipping services available to your area. Customer is responsible for these expenses. will not be liable for damages during shipping. will not be responsible for any broker fees, customs fee, duties, tariffs, or any other fees incurred by international shipping. In the event that an item is returned due to failure of the buyer to pay these fees, monies collected will be non refundable.
    We take special care and time to make sure our product is packaged properly and securely. It is the buyers responsibility to carefully inspect the item for damages before signing the delivery receipt from the driver. You have the right to quickly open and inspect the product before you sign and the driver leaves. Claims filed after you have received, accepted, signed for the product are much more difficult to prove to the carriers. If your item is damaged, please have the delivery driver notate all damage on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment. If any item is damaged please contact us immediately. Should you find damage after accepting your item you must contact the freight carrier immediately to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged item for proof of damage. It will be needed by the freight carrier for inspection. Digital Pictures of the damaged item can be very useful and may be needed. will not reimburse on damaged items that have been signed for. Buyer must file a claim with the freight carrier if damage is found after the delivery receipt has been signed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Items with minimal damage can be repaired by you as another option. Items returned without without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Return Policy
    There is a 20% restocking fee on all approved returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase call us within 5 days to arrange for a refund or an exchange. All approved returns should be in original new condition with original packaging and paperwork. For your protection, returned packages must be insured for the full value of the product. Repack items carefully with the original packing materials. Prepay and Insure the shipping. You are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for actual shipping cost. Actual shipping cost is the fee the shipping company charged us to ship your item. The shipping charges we have listed do not reflect the full shipping cost. Item must be sent with a Return Authorization Number. To obtain a return authorization number, e-mail or call 209-200-5545 before shipping the return. Returned items with out a return authorization number will be refused and shipped back at the buyers expense.
    All Delivered and Return Freight Charges are non refundable and the responsibility of the customer. Non approved returns will NOT be accepted. Otherwise, all sales are final.
    A special order is any item not in stock at the time of order placement. Special order may be returned to us for a minimum restocking fee of 40%. Shipping and handling are non refundable.
    A special order must be canceled before our manufacturer ships to us. The order can not be canceled once the item is in transit.
    Order can NOT be cancelled if the item is in transit. All Shipping and Freight Charges are at the customers expense.
